Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:
Claims for any misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If an error is deemed on our part, it will be covered at our expense.
Submitting a Problem Report:
If you or your customers notice an issue with any products or orders, please submit a problem report promptly.
Return Address and Notifications:
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. Once a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address:
If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You are liable for the reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments:
Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will require payment for reshipment to either yourself or your end customer.
Account Requirement for Reshipping:
If you have not registered an account on Printful.com and added a billing method, any returned orders due to an incorrect address or unclaimed shipment will be donated to charity at your expense, with no refund issued.
Non-Returnable Items (Sealed Goods):
Sealed goods, including but not limited to face masks, cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks will be disposed of and are non-refundable.
Customer-Initiated Returns:
We recommend advising customers to contact you before returning any items. Except for customers in Brazil, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges and returns are at your discretion and expense. To offer a size exchange, you would need to place a new order at your cost.

EU Consumer Rights:
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the EU may not have the right of withdrawal for custom-made items or unsealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons. Printful reserves the right to refuse such returns.
