Responsibilities:
- Manage OR nursing staff across all surgical specialties
- Oversee case scheduling, staffing, and resource management
- Drive OR efficiency, turnover times, and safety culture
- Lead staff competency validation and education programs
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia leadership
Requirements:
- RN license in Massachusetts
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- CNOR preferred
- 5+ years OR nursing; 2+ years supervisory experience
