Responsibilities:
- Lead nursing operations across the WellSpan system

- Partner with CMO and executive leadership
- Oversee nursing professional practice and research
Requirements:
- RN license in Pennsylvania
- MSN or DNP required
- 8+ years nursing leadership; 3+ years at CNO or VP level
- Proven results in quality improvement and retention
