Cleveland Clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Intensive Care Unit. You will oversee daily clinical operations, manage a team of 30+ nurses, and drive quality outcomes in one of the nation's top-ranked hospitals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff across all shifts
- Manage unit staffing, scheduling, and budget
- Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Ensure regulatory compliance and Joint Commission standards
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Ohio (or compact license)
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- 5+ years clinical nursing experience; 2+ years in leadership
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
