Amedisys is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Atlanta Home Health branch. Lead a team of skilled home health nurses delivering care where patients feel most comfortable — at home.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support field nursing staff
- Ensure clinical quality and OASIS accuracy
- Manage patient caseloads and care coordination
- Maintain compliance with Medicare and state regulations
- Drive patient outcomes and satisfaction scores
Requirements:
- RN license in Georgia
- BSN preferred
- Home health experience required
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
