Responsibilities:
- Set nursing vision and strategy across Avera facilities
- Drive quality, safety, and patient experience metrics
- Champion mission-based, compassionate nursing care
- Develop nursing leadership pipeline
- Collaborate with medical staff and system leadership
Requirements:
- RN license (compact preferred)
- MSN or DNP required
- 7+ years nursing executive leadership
