Responsibilities:
- Set strategic direction for nursing across the system
- Lead systemwide quality and patient safety programs
- Build and sustain a high-performance nursing culture
- Partner with physician leadership and executive team
- Oversee nursing education, research, and professional development
Requirements:
- RN license in Michigan
- MSN or DNP required
- 8+ years progressive nursing executive experience
- Track record of successful Magnet programs preferred
