Select Medical is seeking a Director of Nursing for a long-term acute care and rehabilitation hospital. Lead specialized nursing for patients with complex medical and rehabilitation needs.
Responsibilities:
- Direct all nursing operations for LTACH/rehabilitation hospital
- Lead clinical programs for medically complex and ventilator-dependent patients
- Develop rehabilitation nursing staff and culture
- Drive quality outcomes including functional independence measures
- Maintain compliance with CMS and accreditation standards
Requirements:
- RN license in Pennsylvania
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- LTACH, rehab, or critical care experience preferred
- 3+ years nursing director experience
