Acadia Healthcare, a leading provider of behavioral health services, is seeking a Director of Nursing for a psychiatric hospital. Lead nursing for a specialized facility delivering care to adults and adolescents with behavioral health needs.
Responsibilities:
- Direct all inpatient behavioral health nursing operations
- Ensure therapeutic environment and patient safety
- Lead psychiatric nursing staff development
- Maintain compliance with behavioral health regulations and accreditation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical leadership
Requirements:
- RN license in Tennessee (or compact)
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- Psychiatric nursing experience required
- 3+ years nursing management experience
