Responsibilities:
- Oversee all ED nursing operations and staff performance
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Drive patient experience and throughput metrics
- Manage budget, supplies, and capital requests
- Serve as liaison between nursing staff and medical leadership
Requirements:
- RN license in Minnesota (or compact)
- BSN required; MSN strongly preferred
- Emergency nursing experience required; CEN preferred
- 3+ years in nursing leadership
