Sanford Health, one of the largest rural health systems in the nation, is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer. Lead nursing strategy for a system spanning multiple states and diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide system-level nursing leadership
- Lead rural health nursing workforce strategies
- Drive telehealth and innovative care model integration
- Oversee nursing quality, safety, and experience
- Partner with executive team on organizational goals
Requirements:
- RN license (compact preferred)
- MSN or DNP required
- 7+ years progressive nursing leadership
- Rural or critical access hospital experience a plus
