Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
- Conduct health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Participate in quality improvement and preventive care programs
Requirements:
- Current NP license in California
- FNP or ANP board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- DEA license
- 2+ years NP experience in primary care preferred
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
