Responsibilities:
- Direct all nursing strategy, operations, and workforce initiatives
- Champion patient safety and clinical quality programs
- Build and sustain Magnet culture and designation
- Develop nurse leaders at all organizational levels
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic priorities
Requirements:
- RN license in Ohio
- MSN required; DNP preferred
- 8+ years nursing executive leadership
- Demonstrated success leading large nursing teams
