Tenet Healthcare is recruiting a Chief Nursing Officer for a major regional medical center in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Lead nursing operations for a 400+ bed facility and set the clinical vision for exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Direct all nursing services and clinical operations
- Develop and execute nursing strategic plan aligned with system goals
- Lead quality improvement and patient safety programs
- Oversee nursing budget, workforce planning, and resource allocation
- Build relationships with medical staff and community partners
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Texas
- MSN or DNP required
- Minimum 8 years senior nursing leadership experience
- Experience managing large nursing workforce (500+ FTEs)
- Strong financial acumen
