Responsibilities:
- Direct the clinical and operational activities of the oncology nursing unit
- Foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and innovation
- Manage staff performance, development, and engagement
- Oversee unit budget and resource allocation
- Champion evidence-based oncology nursing practices
Requirements:
- RN license in Texas
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- OCN certification preferred
- 3+ years oncology nursing; 2+ years leadership
