About This Role
Grady Health System, Atlanta's public safety-net hospital and Level I Trauma Center, seeks a Director of Nursing for Emergency Services. Lead nursing for one of the busiest and most complex emergency departments in the Southeast.
Responsibilities:
- Direct all ED nursing operations for a high-volume Level I Trauma Center
- Lead trauma nursing and emergency preparedness programs
- Manage ED staffing, throughput, and capacity metrics
- Develop nursing staff in a diverse, high-acuity environment
- Collaborate with emergency medicine physicians and EMS partners
Requirements:
- RN license in Georgia
- MSN required
- Emergency or trauma nursing experience required; CEN preferred
- 5+ years nursing leadership
