Baylor Scott & White Health, Texas' largest not-for-profit health system, seeks a Director of Nursing for Surgical Services. Lead perioperative nursing for a high-volume, multi-specialty surgical program.
Responsibilities:
- Direct all perioperative nursing operations including OR, PACU, and Pre-Op
- Develop surgical nursing staff and build a high-performance team
- Drive OR efficiency, case volume, and quality metrics
- Manage surgical services budget and capital planning
- Collaborate with surgical specialties and anesthesia
Requirements:
- RN license in Texas
- MSN required
- CNOR preferred
- 5+ years OR/perioperative nursing; 3+ years nursing leadership
