Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of a 40-bed Med/Surg unit
- Develop and mentor nursing staff
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Participate in hospital-wide leadership initiatives
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Tennessee
- BSN required
- Minimum 2 years nursing management experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
