About This Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in a Staff Nurse role. In this position, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold the highest standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and document patient progress, vitals, and responses to treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in the EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing (single-state or compact)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
