Responsibilities:
- Lead systemwide nursing strategy, practice, and operations
- Drive Magnet excellence and nursing research programs
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders on system priorities
- Oversee nursing recruitment, retention, and workforce development
- Represent nursing at the board and community level
Requirements:
- RN license in Pennsylvania
- DNP or PhD in Nursing preferred; MSN required
- 10+ years progressive nursing leadership
- Academic health system experience preferred
