LHC Group, a national leader in home-based care, is seeking a Director of Nursing for our Lafayette, Louisiana home health agency. Lead clinical operations and ensure the highest quality of care in the home setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clinical operations for the home health agency
- Ensure OASIS accuracy and Medicare compliance
- Recruit, develop, and retain field nursing staff
- Drive clinical quality and outcome metrics
- Manage referral relationships with hospitals and physicians
Requirements:
- RN license in Louisiana
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- Home health experience required
- Director or manager experience in home health preferred
