Responsibilities:
- Oversee ambulatory nursing practice across 10+ clinic locations
- Drive preventive care and population health nursing initiatives
- Lead staff development, retention, and engagement
- Manage ambulatory nursing budget and operations
- Collaborate with medical chiefs and clinic administration
Requirements:
- RN license in Georgia
- MSN required
- Ambulatory or outpatient nursing experience preferred
- 5+ years progressive nursing leadership
