- Oversee inpatient behavioral health unit operations
- Manage psychiatric nursing staff and daily workflow

- Maintain compliance with behavioral health regulations
- Lead trauma-informed care initiatives
Requirements:
- RN license in Arizona
- BSN required
- Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
