CHOP, one of the nation's leading pediatric hospitals, is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Level IV NICU. Lead an elite team caring for the most critically ill neonates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage NICU nursing staff and daily operations
- Drive clinical quality and patient safety in a high-acuity environment
- Lead staff recruitment, development, and retention
- Collaborate with neonatology and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- RN license in Pennsylvania
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- RNC-NIC preferred
- NICU experience required; leadership experience preferred
