Cedars-Sinai is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for our renowned Labor & Delivery unit. Lead a team of highly skilled nurses in one of the most in-demand women's health programs in the country.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all L&D nursing operations and staff
- Manage high-volume, complex obstetrical cases
- Drive patient safety and quality improvement
- Mentor and develop nursing staff at all levels
- Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine and OB teams
Requirements:
- RN license in California
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- RNC-OB or C-EFM preferred
- 5+ years L&D experience; 2+ years management
