Responsibilities:
- Direct all nursing and clinical operations for the community
- Develop and retain nursing and CNA staff
- Manage MDS and care planning processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal standards
- Drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
Requirements:
- RN license (compact preferred)
- Long-term care nursing experience required
- Minimum 2 years nursing director experience in LTC/SNF
- MDS knowledge preferred
