Responsibilities:
- Direct all clinical and operational functions of the telemetry unit
- Support staff through mentoring and performance development
- Monitor patient outcomes and quality metrics
- Manage staffing ratios and unit budget
- Drive compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- RN license in Indiana
- BSN required
- Telemetry or cardiac nursing experience preferred
- 2+ years nursing management
