Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Director of Nursing for Women's Services. Lead nursing for a comprehensive women's health program including L&D, Mother/Baby, and Gynecology.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing operations for Women's Services division
- Lead quality and patient safety for obstetric and gynecologic care
- Develop and retain nursing staff across multiple units
- Manage divisional budget and resource allocation
- Collaborate with OB/GYN medical staff and system leadership
Requirements:
- RN license in Wisconsin (or compact)
- MSN required
- Women's health nursing experience required; RNC-OB preferred
- 5+ years progressive nursing leadership at manager or director level
