Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for nursing across all facilities
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and nursing excellence
- Lead nursing workforce development and retention strategies
- Partner with the CMO, CFO, and executive team on organizational goals
- Represent nursing in board-level discussions and strategic planning
- Drive Magnet designation and nursing research initiatives
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- MSN or DNP required
- 10+ years progressive nursing leadership; 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record of driving clinical quality and staff engagement
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
