About This Role
Prisma Health, South Carolina's largest not-for-profit health organization, is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer for our Upstate region. Lead nursing for a dynamic, growing health system serving over 1.2 million patients annually.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive nursing leadership across Upstate facilities
- Drive quality, safety, and nursing excellence initiatives
- Develop nursing workforce strategy and succession planning
- Collaborate with executive and medical leadership teams
- Represent nursing at the board level
Requirements:
- RN license in South Carolina
- MSN required; DNP preferred
- 7+ years nursing executive experience
- System-level leadership experience preferred
