About This Role
UW Medicine seeks a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to care for patients with complex kidney disease including CKD, ESRD, and transplant patients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CKD and dialysis patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Monitor and manage kidney transplant patients
- Interpret renal labs and adjust treatment plans
- Educate patients on dialysis modalities and renal diet
- Collaborate with nephrology faculty and transplant teams
Requirements:
- NP license in Washington
- ACNP or FNP board certification
- DEA license
- Nephrology experience preferred
