Cincinnati Children's, consistently ranked among the nation's top children's hospitals, seeks a Director of Nursing for Pediatrics. Lead nursing excellence for a world-class pediatric program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational nursing leadership for pediatric units
- Champion family-centered care across all nursing interactions
- Drive Magnet nursing practice and shared governance
- Develop and mentor nursing leaders at all levels
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialties and system leadership
- Manage divisional budget and workforce planning
Requirements:
- RN license in Ohio
- MSN required; DNP preferred
- Pediatric nursing experience required; CPN preferred
- 5+ years progressive nursing leadership
