UC San Diego Health's Moores Cancer Center, an NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center, seeks a Director of Nursing for Cancer Services. Lead nursing excellence in one of the nation's premier oncology programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive nursing leadership for all oncology units and clinics
- Drive evidence-based oncology nursing practice
- Lead clinical trials support and research nursing programs
- Develop oncology nursing staff at all levels
- Collaborate with oncology physicians and research leadership
Requirements:
- RN license in California
- MSN required; DNP preferred
- Oncology nursing experience required; AOCNS or AOCNP preferred
- 5+ years progressive nursing leadership
